Cancellation Policy |

Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time. Time is their livelihood. When an appointment is not respected, your therapist loses part of their weekly paycheck, with no possibility of recovering their lost time or salary. Please respect your commitment and your therapist by giving at least 24 hours notice of cancellations for regular, single service appointments, and at least 48 hours notice of two or more appointments, or spa package / party reservation cancellations.
(Your credit card number is required to hold two or more appointments, or spa packages / parties.)
Should you fail to cancel within the acceptable time frames, (or otherwise "no-show"), your credit card will be charged with the costs of all scheduled services. You may have to pre-pay for future services as well.
